All Sales Are Final

Every kaiju onesie is made to order, so all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, sizing, or any other non-defect reason. Please review the size guidance on each product page carefully before ordering.

Defective Items — 48-Hour Window

If your order arrives defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery through our contact page with clear photos of the defect. Once verified, we’ll send a free replacement — no return required.

Claims made more than 48 hours after delivery cannot be accepted.

Order Cancellations

Because production begins shortly after purchase, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed.

Lost Packages

If the carrier confirms your package was lost in transit, we’ll send a replacement — see our Shipping Policy.
